Are these still available? If so, is shipping for 1 or as many as you order?

Flat rates, abt $6 for up to abt 10 bags then $8 fer more..

I have an update to my order request. The rejected plate I got from Joel came with an axis rod with the #4 screw for the swivels, so I need one bag of each size. Can you order me one bag of 2-56s and one bag of 4-40s?
