37 days to go, got one small prop made, now hubby decides he wants to make some kind of giant reaper?

It's far too hot to be fall here even though the leaves have turned brilliant colors.

Hows the build schedule going Mal? I'm terribly behind myself.

It's been the 80's over here... I want my Autusm weather!

wow, it feels like forever since I've been on the weekly, time to play catch up! It's raining out here now, and my house is sitting at 66 degrees, but I just can't bring myself to turn on the heat- too depressing! I'd say where's our indian summer, but I'd rather save that for October!
today's day off is being used to tidy everything up after having my kitchen painted last week, then setting out all my autumn/Thanksgiving stuff. I hates housework! :P

With mom and hubby both sick this year I didn't make plans for building anything this year. I did manage to get one small prop made so it's going better than expected. I'm helping my future son in law get his zombie babies made for the haunted nursery he wants to add to our haunt this year. Just trying to get in the Halloween mood has been a struggle though. I haven't heard anything more about the giant reaper hubby said he wanted to make so maybe he's given up the idea.

We've had a relatively cool September but the past few days have been in the 90s to 100. It looks like we'll be back in the upper 80s by this weekend though. Shenanigans I bet you guys are just dyin over there in SF.

Just stopped down here in the basement to visit my old friends!lol I too have not been on the weekly in ages, have not even been on the board most of the year.... darn illnesses & hubby just came home from the hospital after being in there 3 1/2 weeks, his heart rhyme was off. Finally after being shocked several times it came back.
So now its time to think Halloween!! I also did not work on one project this year but we have so much new stuff that it will be fun to unpack this year. Messed up last year without getting many photos cause we left on vacation right after Halloween. Also did not touch my Halloween web site in a year....omg!!!did I really say that?
Goals for this season????Lots of pictures & getting back to work on my site!

PS...its chilly & raining....makes me smile ...feels like fall in this state where the sun never takes a day off!lol

Outside: POURING down rain (maybe the in town errands can wait til tomorrow) !!

Inside: Elvira's Heavy Metal Halloween playing, witches finger's baking, decorations for the witches party spread all over the house in the process of decorating....BLISS!!!
