In the Mornings MON-FRI I train MMA, Our routines differ everyday, Mondays we focus strictly on cardio doing runs and circuit training. other days we do grappling, jiu jitsu, boxing, muay thai and weight training. At night before bed I do my ab workout which involves using my decline bench a 45lb weight on my chest and do situps. Then followed up w/ a broom stick on my shoulders doing sit ups.

Its exhausting but I feel great afterwards and I also on a diet no caffeine(havent had any in 3 years), less sugar, lots of protein, red meats, fish, pasta, rice, and the veggies!

Does moving the mouse around count?

lol I was thinking the same thing

I used to walk 4 miles a day on my treadmill, use my boxing bag and do weights. I've gotten really lazy lately. Although I occasionally thump the Hubby so I suppose that counts as some form of exercise

I don't get any exercise really and I need to as I'm getting older the weight just keeps creeping up on me. Ugh.

I'm on Weight Watchers and have lost nearly 70lbs since last year. I also go walking around my local park. 4 times around this park is a little over 3 miles and I've been averaging 12 laps. I just plug myself into my ipod and get into the groove of walking.

I somehow manage to lift my body out of bed in the morning, and using my elbows, I drag myself across the floor to the coffee pot. That's my routine.

I tried the P90X routine last year, but that dude Tony is on some serious crack. These days I do strength exercises and aerobics three days a week, which seems to keep me in the shape for belting around belligerent seven year olds.

KIDDING! No need to call the cops.
