    It says the new owners "Wanted an old classic house". Yeah ok. The unfortunate history of and subsiquent "celebrity status" of the house had nothing to do with the purchace price especialy in this economy. I hope they at least remodel it back to its original look.

    Beautiful looking house, saw a comment on that page saying they hoped PETA hadn't bought it. They wanted to purchase it to scare us Evil meat eaters. Hmm @ their idea of a scare attraction, bunch of nutters.

    I first saw that movie when I was about 10 years old, and it scared the bejeebers out of me! I don't think I could set foot in that place.
