If you've ever wanted to know how much water you should drink in a day, what to look for in a multi-vitamin, or how to make your favorite recipe healthier, this is your go-to place. Readers can submit questions to be answered.

Yay! Glad someone checked it out. I am hoping to reach a lot of people. Each week will have some sort of theme. I think I am just going to finish this week off with a recipe review though. I am having a hard time deciding what should be my first topic. I feel the first "real" entry sets the tone.
