I've been following the health care reform from Holland. Now that it has been passed, I'm wondering how it will be implemented. How it will work. To avoid discussion about it, let me make it clear that I am not stating that its good or bad. Just want to know how it will work.
I can't seem to find that specific info on the net.
So I thought, I'll ask the americans on the HF who have more access to news/info about it.
For instance, someone loses their job due to the economic crisis and therefore also loses their insurance or there is someone who works but their employer doesnt offer insurance because its a small company. How would these people be covered by the new plan and is what they would have to pay based on what they earn?

Google around for some policy analysis sites, CNN is a good news source, but it shouldn't be your only source of info since they tend to slant in one direction.
