I was just visiting the cnn website and saw this photo in their daily snapshot section. Was shocked when I realized it was one of the large lakes here in the Netherlands!

Brrrrrrrrrrrr. Now, that looks cold. And I'll need a clue on how to pronounce the name of the lake.

You would need a lot more than a clue. Try many years of dutch phonetic lessons and then you'd still say it with an american accent lol Dutch is very grutteral. I've been here 10 years and still can't pronounce many of their sounds. I think they make up half of them just to confuse and frustrate me so they can have a good laugh
