Went to some of the local cemeteries the other day to get some shot for an art project got some pretty good shots. I'll post more in an album.
Photo#1 I stuck the camerea ina small opening in a mausolem. When I got home noticed a strange looking mist inside! Creeeepy!
Photo#2 Yes fokes that IS a vampire bat on a tombstone! I was walking around and stumbled apon it and thought it was coolest thing ever. Even stranger was that the rest of the famliy stones were the same except the one with the bat. It was the same as the other but for some reason it had this plaque on it. Possible vampire??I've looked everywhere on line to figure out if this means anything but could find nothing. Maybe one of you guys knows.
The rest of the photos are some really nice shots I got. I'll post the 100 on an album for you to view. Maybe it will be good for some ideas this halloween.

Totally cool photos! I think the one with the sunlight coming through the tree limbs with the tombstone in front is my favorite.
That one with the bat on it looked like it had a signature on it. Maybe you could search the name on it. I just couldn't tell what it said from the photo. Would be very interested in knowing what it means. Never seen anything like it.

OK, I think I solved the mystery for ya. Sorry - no vampires. The grave is that of Chas A.R. Campbell MD and he apparently did research on diseases caused by mosquitos and their relation to bat population, etc.
