Thread: Real Player SP HELP

Hey,
So I bought Real Player SP. It's a site that allows you to download videos from all over the web. Anyway the program I have is suppose to let you burn videos to dvds and it did that just fine. Now the problem I'm having is viewing the "download this video" button. It simply does not show up. I have all the requirements, and programs I need it just won't work. I'v uninstalled and re-installed everything from new.

Anyone having any problems with this? There coustomer service sucks.

There is a post specific to this issue on Real Support here. It includes a test video that might be handy in isolating the problem.
