Thread: Does anyone on here also do xmass props

Ok so my wife and I are big into halloween yard props and grow on ours each year, but this year we had such a good amount of people who stoped to say they liked our place and it was nice since no one does their homes anymore. This has led us to want to do somethign for xmass as well. So my ? is does anyone on here also do up their homes exterior for xmass?

We have some reindeer and a sled with presents in it....and santa, who we made from the frame of our headless waiter prop. When we miss halloween, we just throw a granny kicking leg prop under the sled to get our fix

one string of lights.... call me a grinch, but i steal the raindeer off of others lawns to make halloween props...

I do a fast turn-around after Halloween and turn my house into a Gingerbread House(my house is actually white). My crypt for my FCG is re-sided into a Gingerbread House as well. I'm trying to finish up a present with a lid that opens with a Christmas Penguin peeking out ..along the lines of the peeking tombstone.

yeah,when my wife starts naging. "I helped with all of your halloween crap now help me hang lights bla bla bla". so I put lights on the house ect.about a week ago. she wouldnt let me put body parts on the tree though,I told her I was just trying to help. no scence of humor.

I did swap my 2 old neighbors decorations one year,they hate each other. it was funny. the deer were doing naughty stuff.

I wanted to do a creepy Christmas theme, but the wife put the brakes on that. If she keeps it up, she may be my next Halloween prop, lol.
