slanks- great looking display! Where did you get the santa? We ended up having to make our santa and had a really hard time finding a mask that would pass as a santa face.

I have always done lights and a guy I work with has Light O Rama which is a light controller and I like it but they are expensive. I will probably try to build a Renard controller eventually which is like Light O Rama build you have to build your own and they are way cheaper. I might get a KIT 74 for this year because I can use it for Halloween and Christmas stuff very easily. If you are interested in building your own controller visit Do It Yourself Christmas Forums - Powered by vBulletin they do group orders and have a lot of people doing way cool stuff.

Great job everyone, nice pics! Last year, I put lights in a tree in my front yard, replaced our porch lights with red and green, and added a light up roudolph. This year I'll probably focus on decorating the back yard.
