Im to be handfasted to my guy today. After canceling our actual legal wedding a few times for every possible circumstance we just sorta let it go .But because im going to be out of state for 3 or four months, my guy ( a practicing wiccan , actually a high preist himself ) whipped together a handfasting with his oldest friend officiating and and a handful of witnesses this afternoon. The hope is that when i get home to nyc we will finally be legally wed baring more disasters. So im jumping over the broom today and im more nervous than i would be at a traditional wedding or city hall. I just had to tell someone so....you guys are it! Thanks for indulging me here....-amy

Handfasting, I must be living under a rock, cause I never heard of such thing. Whats more strange is that Mal has a Handfasting Blessings Picture. If it wasnt for Wikepedia I would be a lost soul on the Highway of WTF (what the frank).

Well then it worked cuz all we asked for was for our best friends and family to be there. Greatest gifts in the world.

I have seen your friends and family Mal, I would have rather had a toaster. (That was a joke people, I have neither seen her friends or family, I was just joking with Mal.)
