I don't know if it was mentioned before about the program that I love. But, I was recently very ill, and had to get into shape for up coming surgery's ( I was fit before but so weak) I start p90x.......I thought that I was in shape before, and realized that my body was starving for more. I love the program, and all of your ideas of fitness are great! I just thought that I would add my favorite program. I have been on it for 2 yrs. And...and almost at 100% just a few hiccups in my health, but owe my recovery to p90x " One body, One life" and you can't take back a moment in this life. Good luck everyone!

I have seen the ads for P90 program. It looks good - and intense!!
Right now, I have the "Biggest Loser" DVDs: Cardio Max, Weight Loss Yoga, and Power Sculpt. From what I can see, the Power Sculpt is very similar.
I know I should be using them more regularly, but with four kids, it's really hard to find a tv that can play a DVD, but doesn't have a sleeping baby, toddler audience, or hyper first grader accompanying. And I can't exercise in our bedroom because there's no enough room.

I wish it was more, but I lost about 2.5 pounds this past week. I'm eating healthy and exercising every day, but I've been mixing up my routine a bit more and doing more weights. I feel better in my waist, but I could probably loose another 30 pounds before I looked like one of those smooth-stomached infomercial guys.
