Boo! Hiya all.
Oh Hauntiholic say it ain't so! Hopefully you'll be able to get something out, even if it's smaller than usual.
Hope you gals are doin' well. Jack must be haunting us all - I thought of him getting overtime too when I heard about all the snow in Colorado.
Off to decide if I'm going to try & last-minute put all my candy & toys in treat bags & hand them out since they're saying not to let the TOTs reach into the treat bowl. Darn H1N1 - it's the real bogeyman!!
You guys have a safe & enjoyable Halloween!

The snow is melting but not nearly fast enough. With all of the shoveling I've been doing I'm not moving very much. That being said, I'll be directing a lot of the set up today.
Some of the windows of the house have been set up with the life sized figures that I usually put outside. The FCG and Hallowindow are set up.
The garage will be set up and the hearse will be on display in the cleared driveway. So, not a total loss but not having 60% of the haunt on display will be sad.

Haunti - I'm glad to hear you're able to get some of your display set up for this year, and at least get your beautiful hearse out where people can appreciate it.
...and hey! At least you won't have to trudge around in the cold to set up or break down your haunt!
Happy Halloween to you Hauntiholic and Bethene, and to others as well!Hell is an eternity of getting up at 4am to nothing but decaf coffee...

That is so cool....people think of me when it snows in Colorado.
Well, I did get some O.T. out of this, but the storm was no where near as bad had this been December....
Before the storm, I had been running a sweeper through neighborhoods, getting up all the leaves and saw alot of impressive yard displays and started bringing a disposable camera with me to take pictures....now with this storm, I wonder how many got completely destroyed.
I ended up with 32" in my yard, but I knew this was coming and dismantled my little display.
Did not want to dig for it.....
This just brings me back to the attitude of decorating on the day of...too much risk.
You all have a great Halloween! Thanks for thinking of me...your resisident plow driver....now watch....the rest of the winter will be dry...."I never drink....wine. Well maybe just this once!"

Hoping all you folks had a great Halloween - ours turned out better than I could have asked for.
(did a thread on it: Hell of a night... )
We had family over, and lots of friends stopping in as well.
Worn out, but terrifically satisfied.Hell is an eternity of getting up at 4am to nothing but decaf coffee...

Ah crap.
What's a "c" or "k" between friends?
Or strangers?
Spell check may be my friend, but fingers never fail to fail me...Hell is an eternity of getting up at 4am to nothing but decaf coffee...
