Does anyone remember when Target had their Halloween candy out last year? I need to be there this year as soon as that stuff hits the shelves.

I think they always put candy out before anything else. I think that they start putting it out towards the end of the back-to-school promo. It seems that they get some stuff in pretty early though even before that.

Our Target already has christmas candy out. Around here we don't see halloween candy until mid - end of September.

I should have written down on my calendar from last year. I need to be there the second the stuff hits the shelf. *sigh* Last year they had the limited edition Star Trek Pez set with the Halloween candy and it was $10 cheaper than anywhere else. I'm not into Star Trek but it was a really nice set and I know the Wizard of Oz coming this year would be just as nice. People have been begging Pez for Oz for years and I know these will be hot. And while I'm looking at Halloween stuff I always hope for other Oz surprises.
