Well I bought myself a new computer. Had an HP laptop for 5 years. Still going to hang on to it, but went for a desktop this time. It's an all in one Sony Vaio. I've had Sony in the past and love Sony. Loving the computer already. Not used to the screen size, it's about 20".

I like to use Firefox and I can't have the boring navigation so installed this:

Love it. The scroll bar is a bone and the back button is Jack Skellington!

I'm so happy to have a fast computer again!

Thanks all! Yeah, it's definitely much faster. I remember back in the day getting a new computer and spending a few days installing things on it. I've got everything I need already on here. Just gonna transfer some personal files and load up Photoshop tomorrow possibly (crossing my fingers on that).

Dutchess, I feel like I have 2 TV's here right now this screen is huge for me.

dixie hopefully I will be around a lot more, it wasn't because of the computer before though, it was other stuff. I used to come on at work a lot, but no time there at all now and just other things going on.

Just need to get a Halloween background now that'll fit this thing.

Congratulations MIsty.....I finally got my own computor too. I'm having to
wait for Comcast to get the modem kit for the internet, so I'm stuck with
this one for another week. Once I get mine up and running I'll finally be
able to come here when I want and stay as long as I want.
