I've reached the 4-digit milestone, wooHOOOOO!! Not only that, but the heat/air guy just came by and fixed our AC after about 6 months of it not working---just in time for the frigid 95 degree temps we'll be enjoying here in GA the next few days....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, it feels better in here already!!

By the by, did you know that 1,000 years ago in the year 1008 the astronomical tables of Caliph al-Hakim were completed? Also, King Olaf of Sweden was baptized by saint Sigfrid, which is a fact that truly tingles my cerebellum.
1000 months ago was roughly 27 years ago which would land one in the year 1979. Too many freaky things to list happened in 1979 culminating in Iran-Contra affair which was used to sell fear to the public for years to come.
In attempting to recall historically significant events of the past 1000 days, minutes and seconds it occurs to me (again) that it's quite an odd practice to record time in circles when we understand it as linear in practice.
That in mind I've returned to present time, the now, which I should use to simply say congrats.
