remember when i went on a rant about my neice and nephues youth pastor calling me EVIL because I decorate for halloween?......WELL guess what?..the youth group used my black lights to put on a play,even my big 4 footer lol.well I just had to tell.. and I think It's wonderful and they did a great job!!!the kids were awesome!!!just goes to show you we can co - exist lol. well heres a link , .....YouTube - Who Am I Casting Crowns

that is really cool, lighting only their hands, making shapes under the lights to the song. I have to tell you , that I listen to contempary christian music, and Casting Crowns is my favorite group. and I love the "who am I" song, it resonates with in my soul. So, I am proof that halloween and being a christian can co exist together, no matter what close minded folks want to think.

That was fascinating thanks for posting. I am also a Christian. I don't think I ever read anything in the Bible that said you couldn't have a little fun. I don't "worship" Halloween it is just fun and the people on the forum are some of the most caring and giving people I have ever met. If that's wrong I guess I'll just have to ask for forgiveness later!

So, after chastising you for your enjoyment of Halloween, they asked for your help. Hypocrisy can be so entertaining. Clearly you exhibited the more Christian-like behavior. Bravo for taking a "Higher" road...

Isn't it ! Funny how forgivness and understanding can be preached but, many can be right there on the bandwagon telling you how evil something can be !
I am a christian, but I don't go to Church very often because of the hypocrisy and politics that is involved in many Churches !

WoW...I really think they put a lot of effort into this project. Have to give them credit, it was amazing.

I'm not the most religious person around, I don't know what denomination I am, I just know what I believe, couldn't tell you what religion it falls into, but a couple local churches put on programs such as this every Christmas and I love going to them. It's always really moving, brings a tear to my eye when I see how enthusiastic people get to entertain.

Theu should all be proud of themselves.

I like contempo christian music, but I can't stand going to church. Go figure.
