Wear green? Here's my new outfit, complete with tails! I spent Saturday and St. Patty's Day at The Costume Shop waving at cars and treating little kids to "gold coins" from my pot o'gold at the end of the rainbow.

Well, I guess I'll be nice and wish you all the same, but why can't we Scots have our own big day? Oh, that's right... we make it up during the other 364!

Seriously, though, is haggas really that much worse than corned beef and cabbage (or as I call it, "Rueben Soup")? Yeeek.

Needless to say, I'm dressed in red and black today. Pinch me and you'll pull back a stump! Damnit, where's my claymore...

... except this year, St. Pat's Day was Saturday the 15th because of "Holy Week". It technically should have been on April 1st, but they moved it to the 15th, so the festivities (planned years in advance) wouldn't be interrupted. However, many people still observed the holiday on the 17th this year....

The next year there's a conflict between St. Pat's Day and Holy Week is in 2160.
