I've been searching high and low for a decent animated gif editor/creator. People get confused when I say that, so what I mean is software that can edit and create gifs frame-by-frame like the one below.



For some reason it's not sold in stores and I can't find any on eBay. I've seen them on random websites, but I don't know how good they are and I have trouble purchasing something on unknown websites with my credit card.

On an old computer that I no longer have, I was able to find a free download that worked great. Anyone know of one that I can get online? I imagine there are free ones out there, but I gave up on my own search.

Hard to believe, but back in the mid-late nineties, my brother and I were the KINGS of Animated Stick Figure Death Theater, pretty consistently rated at the top. I really wish I could find the files. Does anyone else remember this?
