Thread: anyone else supposed to get blasted by the blizzard?

i'm keeping my fingers crossed...we haven't had a good snow in a decade, especially in march! apparently it's heading my way! yay!

You'll get no yay from me on this one. My husband is going out of town Sunday morning and he's heading in the direction of all the tornadoes. Between all the snow they're giving for here and the storms down south I'm afraid he'll have a rough trip.

Hmmmm, says we're just getting flurries down here tomorrow....that's a pretty big area of snow though, I just looked on the radar! Do you have all the necessary supplies Kallie? Milk, bread, firewood, blankets...beer?

and laurie, definately got the beer! hehe, but not a thing is happening here yet...it snowed earlier, but now, nothing. we're supposed to get 6-10 inches here in lexington....boy i hope so! i want to play!

6-10??? JEALOUS am I!! I wanna jump out there and make drunken snow angels! Oh well...blizzard of '93 wasn't until March 13th here...gotta few days for a miracle to happen..

they just declared a "snow emergency" here in lexington...something big must be coming. i won't believe it til i see though..i've been waiting for a big one for a loooong time. i'm a snow angel myself

Rikki, is there no way he can reschedule it in light of the weather?? That sucks! Do you have family or friends nearby to stay with if there's a lot of snow up there?
