While I have been recuperating from surgery I started watching this series on DVD. I LOVE IT!!!! It is macabre, hilarious, often ghoulish, sad, touching, and thought-provoking all at the same time. (Of course, the series creator, Alan Ball, wrote my favorite movie of all time: American Beauty.) I am absolutely fascinated how they can show the reality and unreality of life that actually coexists everyday, and do it SOOOO well.

Anybody else like the series??

a very funny show about grim reapers. you must see it if you haven't. of course, it was so good it got cancelled after a season and a half

Hmmmmmmmmmm. I have never heard of this series. I have however heard of the band six feet under.

It's a show that was on for (I think) 5 seasons on HBO. Since we don't get HBO I had never watched it. A friend of mine suggested it, and I got HOOKED!! You guys ought to give it a look.

Six Feet Under was one of my favorite shows. I still get chills when I think of the series finale. I think it was beautifully written and acted, and was sorry that it ended so soon. I think it was the kind of show that could have gone on and on.
