Does anyone remember watching a series called Kingdom Hospital, broadcast within the last 2-3 years? I watched the first 13 episodes and then it just disappeared off the program listings for our area. That is so annoying. I am wondering if they ever finished the series.

We watched it and we were a little disappointed when it was yanked. There's some Kingdom Hospital DVDs but I don't know how well the story was rounded out. When in doubt, check with Amazon.

I remember that show. It was a Stephen King story. I wanted to like it but after I watched one or two episodes I had a real tough time watching any more. That has always been my problem with Stephen King. His books and stories do not translate well to TV and films. His ideas are so-so, but its Kings story telling that makes hime a great writer.

From what I have read after doing a quick google search is that the series was complete. It was intended to run one season. Not sure how many episodes aired, but it sounds like all the episodes are on the DVD.

I tried to love it too, but after a few episodes it was just torture to watch. I think it was on sci-fi a few weeks ago.
