My dad was seriously burned today in a freak accident. Still early, but he is facing at least 2 months of rehab in the burn center. Thankfully he is alive, big concern is his hands.
My wife is 2 days past due so we can't even travel to see him.
Life has absolutely taken a **** on me lately and I wonder what god I pissed off.
Ugh.
Please send any prayers, thoughts or vibes his way.

You got it!
This was not in Colorado was it? We had a recent fire at a small refinery that burned 3 people...
Not sure what else to say except positive energy is on it's way!"I never drink....wine. Well maybe just this once!"

Thanks guys (and ladies).
Surgery went well on face, neck, and a foot. They relieved pressure from swelling in his leg, and said he has good blood flow. Surgery tomorrow to work on the leg and hands, which are the worst areas. He wears glasses so his eyes were spared the blast.
He's drugged but responsive and generally okay, it's just tissue damage. No inhalation or such.
That's all I know right now. Just waiting for news on him and a baby.
