Weird dream

I usually never remember my dreams but last night I had a very detailed dream. I was out with my girlfriend. I had a couple of drinks so she decides to drive home. Next thing I know I wake up in the car and I'm in the garage of my old house I used to live in when I was married. I'm a bit disoriented and start walking around the old neighborhood. I talk to some of the old neighbors but they seem a bit off. I look a my old house and my Halloween display is up and it looks like the new owners have put an addition on the back of the house (something my ex and I talked about for years). My girlfriend is still with me and but she is being very obstuse and won't answer any questions. She shows me a newspaper article showing my Halloween displays and says the newspaper people want to talk to me (I remeber thinking at that time how cool it would be to brag on the forum about being written up in the local paper) Now I go in the house and the place is ginourmous. I see the owner sitting in a lounge chair and its this old guy from my old old neighborhood where I grew up in Boston. I don't talk to him, but I just know he is the owner. I start walking upstairs and I here my kids playing. I never see them, I just hear them. The upstairs is huge. 40 foot ceilings. I start going further back in the house and it really opens up. There is this huge dank, blue-green place where there are people and they are doing something that resembles bowling, but its at super high speeds and from 100s of yards away. I'm demanding answers at this point and everyone is still avoiding answering. I know I'm in a dream and I'm going to wake up soon. I need to know what is going on here. Finally I'm outside with my girlfriend and she shows me what the back of my old house really looks like. Its this huge alien space craft attached to the house with some kind of cloaking device on it. Weird.
