We didn't have any money this year for anythingBut my folks did give Succy and I a little spending cash. Unfortunately, most of it has to go to bills, but we did keep a little of it for ourselves so I got The MOD SQUAD Season One, Volume One on DVD!!!!!! WHOO-HOO!!!! I've been waiting literally YEARS for the darn thing to get released!!!!
I also found a black pre-lighted wreath for SIX BUCKS! Marked down from $25! I, of course, plan to decorate it lushly with Halloween goodies!!!!!
Thread: So what did you get?

OEJ and Succub'Oz I sending you a belated gift for Christmas...it's very strong vibes to bring you some peace of mind. When I left my job, we gave up $60,000+ in income plus my full medical benefits. Now my husband is retired and we have been trying to help with financial support for my son while he is recovering from an industrial accident (and that happy little accident called my grandson). Restructuring our lifestyle has, and is, a challenge for us. We just keep working on it one day at a time. This year for Christmas we decided to make gifts for each other and spend our spare cash on our grandson. We have given each other many gifts over the years and many were expensive. This year I made a DVD, using photos of our family time together with added text and music. It was the first gift that ever brought tears to my husband's eyes (don't let him know I told you that). It turned out to be a priceless gift in more than one way. You two hang in there!
