I always have plenty of 'help' from the four-legged friends....honestly, putting everything away takes long enough as it is without this sort of assistance:

You know how it's not really Christmas until you put up that one decoration or ornament?

He LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVES the Christmas tree & the box it comes in. It's like nip to him. Here he is waiting.

Here he is being such a Helpy Cat! He is desperately trying to get to the bottom of the box. I

I got this wall tree at Goodwill. It had some horrid 80s peach colored Christmas things on it which obviously had to be removed. It still has the sticker on it too, Ames, $19.99, I paid $5 (it was half off that day so even at $10 it was a steal). It was going to be another Halloween tree but my husband is taking it to work instead. I put the lights on it & wrapped that purple ribbon on it because the basket just screamed "80s!!" to me. I was going for a quick & easy fix &, once again, my Halloween stash came to the rescue!!

So Augie thought he'd go into Helpy Cat mode again.

He's a Helpy Cat for ALL seasons! And while he LUBS scritchees, he's not too sure about THESE scritchers!!

The Furry Ruiner Bros., Augie & Ziggy. Dey lubs eech udders. Although this "lubbin" usually is followed by the butt biting ritual.

So sorry for your loss, Bethany.
