Friday night I was at a bar and drove home didn't notice anything. Saturday going out to do some Halloween shopping I notice my wiper blades are gone. Someone stole them...WTF. I was pissed at first then all I could do was laugh. They were nice about it, they just took the wiper part, they could have ripped of the whole thing and really caused damage.

The best part of the story....just bought those wipers 2-3 weeks ago. So had to take my mom's car, cause it was raining a little yesterday.

Frickin wipers cost $4 each stupid person just could go and buy some at Wal-mart.

Awww, sorry to hear that. It would almost be kinda be funny if it wasn't so sad. Perhaps they needed them to do the "wash your windows at the stoplight scam?" J/K on that.
It may not have been the most costly vandalism, but talk about an irritating one...

Thanks michigal, I was pretty lucky, they didn't scratch my car or anything. I was teasing my dad because I have a Chicago Cubs sticker on my car I said maybe they were a White Sox fan (he's a Sox fan), he said, no because there would have been damage then.

So it only cost me $16 for wipers (4 total).

Jeez. Haha... PIAA Super Silicon and Super Sporzas are really nice, a bit pricy, but the difference is pretty amazing.

Come to think of it, maybe I should keep an extra pair in my truck.

crazymbj, I'm sticking with the cheap stuff, plus it's a lease, I'm not investing much into the car.

brandy, yes they do....I don't think I've ever been as annoyed as I was this past weekend with people.

MM, sorry to hear. Sounds like a god thing though that they didnt bend the wiper arm or do more damage.
Hard to believe some idiots would risk getting caught over $8.

Did you find out by noticing them missing, or you turned em on and got a nice gash on your glass?

That sucks! I'm trying to remember if it rained at all on Friday night or waited until Saturday to start......if it did rain, maybe they were just really desperate!

crazy I turned the wipers on on Saturday and noticed, it didn't do anything to the glass though, so that's good.

LHALLOW, it was raining early on Friday and then drizzling a little at night, but no big deal since I didn't use my wipers going home... Someone I guess really needed Jeep wipers....maybe I should put a note by them saying 19" wipers at Wal-mart $8 for a pair.
