Since this is such a diverse place with so many cool people, I just got to wondering if anybody else is into this hobby.

For those that have no idea what I'm babbling about:

For maybe the last 1 1/2 years there has been a mysterious trinket hidden behind my house in a Tupperware box.
many searched , many found it, it's Geocaching!

Actually yes I do, I am even in negotiations to provide them with a decal sticker.

When I say happy haunting, I also mean happy hunting!

That looks neat. Do you think a cache down here (a 5,000 mile swim from San Diego) would garner any attention? If the seekers come down at the end of October, I can guarantee a night they'll never forget!

I have been Geocaching for about 2 years. It's the best thing to come along since Halloween

My husband and I have been wanting to get into it for a long time. I think it would be great for all the camping we do around the state. Right now we're planning on buying a tracking device for Christmas this year.

Buy the tracking device. (gps, or sometimes called gpsr). It is a great investment. The kids will love it too! Geocaching is a wonderful hobby.

The wife and I have been caching for about 2 1/2 years. We had a blast caching in Arizona on our honeymoon! It's nice to find places that the normal person visiting wouldn't get to see.

Those GPS Instruments really are accurate. I used one last year for a survey of Government Buildings, some 600 odd. The unit I used would change as I walked with it, and flicker slightly as it adjusted to different satellites passing by this way, really amazing.
