#1 I gave up a 1/4 way thru because I am not going to decipher "text message" slang. I don't have the time for it....

#2 EXACT reason my kids are not allowed anywhere NEAR chat or Chat Rooms.

you NEVER know who exactly you could be talking to.
Even I stay away from chat.

That was NOT a chat room, trust me. That was AIM. It's sad how illiterate my generation is though, I'll grant you that.

What's your generation?? I couldn't read all of that either.. It gets really tedious to look at. Reading the way people talk on AIM is like trying to decipher and read Matrix Code.

Although some of the words were definitely abbreviated, a lot of it seemed to be a case of the person not being able to type! I understand most of those words (I guess I'm not too old yet), but random numbers and characters make me think they need a typing class. I'm talking about the other person, wolfe

When I was in high school I was different too. But I'm also 5'9" and weighed 175 pounds in high school so since I was as big as most of the boys there nobody messed with me. I hate injustice. Always have. It makes me want to go to your school and beat these girls down. But now I look back on things and it will all pass. You should be proud of yourself Raef. I think you handled the situation ALOT better than I would have. I've always said "the more people I meet, the more I like animals".

Don't set yourself up for these fools. Ignore them. Don't reply to their posts. When you reply back to them it appears as though you want their attention (negative or not)! Don't give them the satisfaction. JMHO
