    Default Wall Wart installed in-wall?

    Hi all!

I am contemplating installing a Amazon Echo Dot in the ceiling of one of my rooms. I have a custom made wall/ceiling holder for my 2nd gen dot (it's actually pretty cool/well made, obviously by a 3D printer via Etsy).
We would like to mount the dot, in this holder, on the ceiling in our room...Is there a safe way to create a in-wall recessed AC outlet for the dots wall wart that would be hidden in the wall beneath (above) the device itself? When you look at the device on the ceiling, the power cord and power supply aren't visible because it is above the dot plugged into a recessed outlet...
    Does that make any sense?

If it does, anyone have any words of wisdom or suggestions. A google search doesn't really reveal any great ideas...maybe cause enclosing the wall wart in a fixture recessed into the wall would be hazard/ against code?

    Thanx for any input...

Not sure what the "dot" is but if it operates on low voltage, I would suggest placing the transformer (wall wart) in an accessible open location and route the low voltage wiring to the "dot".

Yeah, I was afraid that it wasn't such a good idea. It would look so cool just sitting there without the power cord...! Thanks J-man!
