Hi in another thread I posted about my friend, who's daughters photo is being shared all over FB. People think sharing it will get her a heart transplant but sadly Zoe died in 2008. If you see anybody sharing the photo below can you please ask them to remove it from their page. The family of Zoe are heartbroken over this. It seems it's being shared fast across the U.S at the moment and Julie Zoe's Mum is asking any American user's if they can help her....Any help will be greatly appreciated

Poor Zoe! Her Family must be doubly heartbroken.
I think FB is a great way for Families to support each other, but there are so many jack a**es in the world doing bad things. Shameful!
