Oh Gobby....I am just reading your tender, loving story about your little friend. What a lucky kitty he was to find you - and to make the last year of his life worth living. We tend to forget how much animals give back to us when they come into our own lives. Sounds like the example of this little guy is an inspiration to any of us. Our sympathies dear Gobby. And when the time is right - you may want to visit your local SPCA and consider saving another. You have a big heart to be sure.

I miss walking in the yard and having him walk with me. Where I went he went.
