I'm a Halloween fanatic as much as the rest of you all here but I do enjoy Christmas as well (but not as much as Halloween ). Anyone here take part in the crazy kickoff to the holiday shopping season better known as Black Friday?

I've been going for about 5 years now. I love the rush and of course the deals. lol

If you are a crazy BF shopper, what stores do you go to and what else do you love about the day?
I will add that I'm not one of those crazy people who would knock someone down over a $10 video game. Not that there's anything wrong with that. LOL j/k
Check out my blog"Halloween Everything" for awesome deals, movie talk, news and more!

I'm a Black Friday shopper but I'm not a morning person so I rarely get out early enough for doorbusters. But I have been lucky enough to come across doorbusters on Friday afternoon or even on Saturdays! (my Samsung monitor was a doorbuster several years ago that I found on Saturday night). You need to be very careful to make sure something is actually a good deal though. A few years ago when I was looking for a netbook, every single Black Friday model had a 3-cell instead of a 6-cell battery. Well the whole point of having a netbook is to be able to take it on the go and have it nice and low powered so it lasts a lot longer than a regular laptop. Small battery kind of ruins that. Thankfully it's a lot easier these days to research Black Friday deals online with early leaked or openly released flyers.

I love BF shopping and go every year. My sister and I tag team. We start out Thanksgiving evening at Target or Toys R Us. Depending on who has what we are looking for and who has it for the best deal. I refuse to go to Walmart on BF (way to crazy for me). The best part for me is making friends with the people in line, staying up all night, the rush when the doors open, and scoring all the deals that I wanted to get. The Plan...Target, Toys R Us, Kmart, JCP, Macys, Homedepo, Lowes, Sears, Kohls, breaksfast, unload car, short nap, back to Target, and the mall.

I have done the BF thing for years. Now my daughter is a teenager I really dont need to do it as much since it was always barbies and other toys I got up so early to get for her. I have her to where she thinks we have to go BF even if there isnt anything inparticular that either of us want.lol She likes to go to bath & body works to get the bonus bag full of crap. We normally hit Kohls first because they have a lot of basic home things on sale super cheap like towels and wash clothes.
