I was wondering if we could have a category\place we can post all our vids? I love seeing vids of Haunts and props from many people here (well, I think some are from haunters from here) and I wonder if we could have a category called Videos where we can all share our vids together?

Maybe we can ask Larry if this would be possible, if many here would post vids here?

What do you think? How many of us would like to see this? Do you think it's a good ideal? (maybe there is already a place for vids, and I don't know about it?).

The way we currently have it set up, people post general haunt videos in "general Halloween," prop showcases and builds are in "Halloween Props" and tutorials in with that section... I don't think a separate area of just videos would work as well as them going into the forum categories that are related to what they are showing. A video category would technically cover so much - haunts, walkthroughs, prop builds and showcases, slideshows... that it could get a bit confusing in my opinion.

When the search feature returns (after the reindexing completes, I hope), there should be a pretty easy way of finding lots of videos, as most people do put "video" in the thread title... that's definitely something that would help if folks DID add that in to their titles so the search feature will pull them up.
