So this is about the time of the year some of you lucky people who live up north begin talking about the signs of fall approaching. Anything yet? Leaves turning, cooler nights? I'd love to hear about it!

With regards to the weather, there's absolutely no signs of fall here in southern CA. There rarely ever is in August. It's hot and the wind blows nearly everyday and all day where I live. It feels like a blow dryer. August is such an awful month! I can't wait until the first night that is noticeably cooler. It typically happens in my parts in September. The only thing I have noticed is the sun is going down earlier and it is coming up later.

Well, I live in Eastern Canada, and it's very evident that the Fall season is coming. It's roughly 60°F (15°C) here everyday, and the leaves are just starting to change/fall to the ground. Plus, a few people have started burning wood for heat, so that nice wood smell is in the air, along with the crisp nip of the colder weather..it feels like Fall

Cooler nights for sure! Hot days, but yesterday it was so cool outside with a nice cool breeze. It made me think so much of a mid-September day. Next week we're supposed to have some 70 degree highs! I can't wait! It's been miserably hot here this summer!!

I am jealous! Burning wood is another indication of the time of year! I love that smell!

Perhaps if the sun was shining a little less and the temp. was at least 10 degrees cooler, than i would say "yes, it feels like fall in central ny"...but it doesn't today

Nothing here, but this will be my first fall at my new home, so i'm hoping the trees outside my livingroom window and the field and trees i can see from the bedroom have some fantastic sights to share.
