I am not a political activist or any kind of crap starter. I am just so stunned and sickened by the outcome. Plus the defense is practically doing a little end goal victory dance on tv.
Lets say she did not kill her child and she is innocent. She gets a tattoo saying Love Life a few days after her child is missing, never reports her missing to the cops and enters hot mama contests. Even if she NEVER touched her, wtf???

I am disgusted! I am near tears for that innocent baby that received no justice!

I agree with both of you, I have been watching everyday and I was sick at my stomach when they read the verdicts! That poor baby. I saw the defense team gloat, I wanted to smack Mason right across the face. If it was an accident, Casey should have fessed up 3 years ago. I bet she gets released Thursday for time served, not bad for getting away with murder. She killed that baby and now Caylee will never have any justice.
I predict George and Cindy will divorce shortly after this and Casey will get hers somewhere down the road.

I have a question for everyone...

Did you actually watch the trial or did you get most of your information on sound bites or from the talking heads? Or maybe you got it from watching 15 minutes one day and 15 minutes another day and from the talking heads the next day and from a news report another day.

I personally think she was guilty (of something) but I would not have voted to convict and send a person to their death based on what I saw as the "evidence".

How can anyone second guess 12 people that sit through and listened to every minute of the evidence....not just 15 minutes here or a sound bite from the many former prosecutors/talking heads giving all of us their "opinions" on what was going on.

Caylee paid the life sentence for something her mother did.
Bottom line ...This punishment does not fit the act.

I did watch the trial and no the evidence was not 100%. Some of it was pure speculation, and come on testing the air that was BS. But there was one conviction that was dead wrong. Child Abuse.
She clearly was at the very least a neglectful parent and should have been charged with that. What mother goes a month without reporting her child missing? That alone she should have been convicted of. So yes I do believe they were wrong on at least one valid point.

I think the whole thing is awful so as of right now I have a porch light on for the little girl.

Yes I watched the trial and Erin I would agree with you that she was guilty of something and I never believed it was premeditated or that she would get the death penalty but she should have been charged with SOMETHING besides just lying to the cops. She tossed that baby out like she was a piece of garbage and she got away with it. I don't believe she was sexually abused by her father or brother and I don't believe George helped her "cover" it up. How come no one ever questioned where this baby was when she wasn't with the grandparents or with Casey since we know Zanny the Nanny was a made up person? She had to be SOMEWHERE! Maybe some day we might know the truth about what happened to Caylee but I seriously doubt it, so Casey will go make her millions now and live the "beautiful Life" she so desperately wanted and i hope every minute of every day she sees that baby's face.
Sorry for the rant but I really believe she killed that baby and got away with it.

I've started a reply a few times. I just can't put it into words. What kind of mother allows this to happen? What kind of monster portrays relief that her child is gone at every turn? Caylee could be in the loving arms of a family that truly loved her right now if Casey had just given her away instead of killing/leaving/ignoring her and in turn, ultimately causing her demise.

I do believe she got away with murder. But she wont get away from what's due to her.
