Well as many of you know me already, I am an avid fan of the NBA Basketball! Especially a great fan of my Los Angeles Lakers which didn't fair very well at this seasons end... No excuses for my team, but I MUST congratulate the Dallas Mavericks on showing great team spirit and drive to win the NBA Finals 2011! My hats off to them and all their fans!!!

Oh, Yeah, Baby! Being an old guy myself, I loved seeing the Mavs take it from the best team money can buy. Now, tomorrow, a second course - the Vancouver Canucks win the Stanley Cup!!!!

Come to think of it, I believe the Mavericks could be the oldest team to ever wn the NBA Championship.

    Cleveland fans are loving it!

Now I hope the Bruins can win the next two so I can "BWAHAAAHAAAAAA" the Canucks, too.

What blew me away was the Mavs' Owner, Mark Cuban, brnging in the former Owner, Donald Carter, to accept the Larry O'Brien Trophy from David Stern. Whoa! Who would have thought that Cuban could ever show so much Class?
That's like having the Canucks original Captain accept the Stanley Cup tonight!

"Canucks" and "class" are two words that are mutually exclusive of each other, and therefore should never be used together in the same sentence.

Hmmmmm.....I didn't see the cup being skated by the Sedin sisters tonight....wonder why??

Yeah, the NHL Finals have been epic. Totally unpredictable. The Canucks have led for 32 minutes; the Bruins - 153 minutes. Scoring is way,way lopsided. And yet, we have a Game 7. Luongo has been a wet paper bag on the road. But a brick wall at home. I guess he needs to walk around the Stanley Park Seawall to get his Game Face on...

Yes we are very proud of our Mavs! Very, very happy for Dirk. Karma is a Bi$$h!! I love it! And your welcome Cleveland.

What a good series with the Canuncks and Boston!! Some hard hitting going on and is it true one of the Cunucks bite one of the Bruins???? Even if Luongo has been solid at home, i would be worried!!

    Hahaaa....the Sedin Sisters..............that's funny

Yes, it's true. Alex POS Burrows bit Patrice Bergeron on the finger when Bergeron was giving him a face wash and got his finger in his mouth. He still had his glove on, and Burrows tried to hide his face as he bit down. The whole world saw it happen, and yet the NHL said "We had no definitive proof he intentionally bit Bergeron, so no further discipline".. and of course, the very next game the POS scored two goals and had an assist on the third goal, with one of his goals being the game winning goal in OT.
