Seriously folks, we've had some bad luck with these general chat threads. This time, let's cut the baloney and just have some normal conversation and not, as Larry put it, Drama/High School thread stuff.

    So, I'll start...

This past weekend was kind of tough for us at Bunnyluv, I found a pair of buns stuffed into a cage built for a large-ish guinea pig. They had no food but they did have water. I found them early enough so they didn't get too affected by the sun and heat.

On a lighter note: I finally got through to one of our more aggressive bunnies that I'm not such a bad human. His name is Lionel White, he's a Lionhead (appropriate description too.) He finally let me pet him without going into a fit and trying to bite me.

Is the third time the charm?

I'm glad that you got to the rabbits when you did, BunnyMummy. 'Lovely' people like that deserve the same done to them...

Hmmph, don't get me started!! I found a site (deviantart.com) that has a bunch of steampunk stuff along with just about every category imaginable. I love it and posted a bunch of my drawings.

I love deviantart! Too easy to get sucked in there and loose track of time, tho.

Another time-suck is http://superpunch.blogspot.com/ and unfortunately I usually end up finding something I HAVE to have... like this:

It's also too easy to get some truly bizarre and frankly creepy stuff and I'm not talking about creepy in a good way! Stuff that would NEVER be allowed here. FG, check out my stuff (the steampunk stuff you know about, but I also posted some clown girl stuff. Just type in the search field for "Clown Girl Series.")

Thanks for the links, BunnyMummy and FG. Very cool and I definitely see how you could get sucked in and never get anything else done. I agree with Garth that it's awful how some people treat their pets too!

I tried to join Deviant Art once, but they weren't currently accepting "free" accounts, only paid ones. They also said something about my e-mail address being blacklisted because of someone else who used the same provider. So I did a search and found another art gallery website that was free of charge and had better features anyway.

I feast upon the beauty of things that others shun. In netherworlds and crypts I dwell. I am the alien one.
I wallow in the old world, in things that they condemn. Through solitude and shadow, the outsider I am.

By the way, BunnyMummy, I think I found a dozen pictures of yours at Deviant Art, all awesome! Thanks for sharing them! And FG, gotta love Vincent Price. Also, loved the old Batman poster. I had no idea that Humphrey Bogart had played Batman.

    Side 7 is the gallery I joined - www.side7.com

My account was eventually deleted. I have a new account now, but haven't actually used it. I see Deviant Art is accepting free accounts now, and honestly I like the way their profiles are laid out with information and journal entries on the same page as the artwork... but I don't know if I would create an account with them anymore.
