Been in the 90's here the last few days so I thought now would be a good time to start up a new weekly. How are folks doing as they come out of winter hibernation?

I'm ready for fall already and the heat has just begun.

Except for a few days here the weather has been awesome. Today was a beautiful day, low was 48...dont know what the high was but I was out in the morning till about 11 bustin butt and didnt even break a sweat. Normally by now it would be in the 90's. I sure am not complaining

I have a feeling it's going to be yet another one of those years where we go from winter to summer.

We had several 80 degree days then go back to the 50s & rainy, then back up to 80, even today it wasn't that warm. And it's rained at least one day every week if not more.

yeah, the weather has been springing back and forth from downright chilly to outright hot for the past few weeks. lol Can't get my daggone window boards painted cause the temps are too unpredictable. (okay.. I confess... it's really cause I'm on this forum all day.LOL)

is anyone doing anything special for Momma's Day?

I told my boys all I want is pizza.

Bizarre weather here in Houston... usually it's like the surface of the sun + mega humid, but it's actually beautifully cool and NO humidity. TOTALLY not complaining, even though I'm having to water twice a week to keep my lawn from dying. We haven't had rain in close to two months now.

Hasn't been hot here, that's for sure. Wasn't bad today, though, and I got to wear my vinyl jacket with zippers all over the place (got lots of looks, especially at one of the more prestigious stores)

Frost warning tonight, I may have planted too early.

Am I the only one that forgot it was Cinco de Mayo? Dang, I need to go get my shots of tequila in while it's still the 5th. LOL

I thought you were supposed to drink a 5th on the 5th.
