    Default Free wand (not pen) with Deathly Hallows? – 04-15-2011,02:50 PM


    I was at a furniture store a few hours ago, and saw the Harry Potter DVDs. On impulse I bought one, and at checkout they unexpectedly gave me a free wand in a box (Harry's wand. No choice, they were all the same). I did a search, and it looks like WalMart offers free wand pens with a special set. I would have preferred the pen to the wand.
    I guess not having a TV for a year means I have missed out on promotional info. Did everyplace give out free stuff? I didn't go looking, though I was in about ten bookstores and should have gone to the DVD section. Just didn't think of it.
    Anyhow, just wondering what other promotions were out there, if any.

    I haven't heard anything about this.

    I'm waiting until all the movies are out & then buying the box set of all of 'em like I did with Lost.
