So my 7 year old comes home from school the other day. He has signed out a library book. As soon as I look at the book I realize that it was the same as a book that I had signed out from the library when I was probably the same age.
I know a book with a publishing date of 1977 isn't necessarily that old in the world of books but really what are the odds? As soon as I looked in the book so many memories of that book came back to me. My little man is just a chip of the ole block I guess. He is a haunter at heart for sure.
Here is the book

As I was going up the stair, I saw a man that wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today...Oh how I wish he'd go away.

At that age I was doing the same thing, checking out the ghost/ghost story/paranormal books from the library. I was also fascinated with Bigfoot, Nessie, etc., all those cryptozoological critters.
In Search Of with Leonard Nimoy fueled my fire for it all.Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers, the best damn little band you should be listening to!
