Just wondering what festive treats people are preparing for the great couch potato day that is, the Superbowl.

We're making sausage balls (sounds gross, but they're really tasty) and a nice queso dip with chips. We also have some celery and baby carrots. The girls are enjoying cheese puffs and juice. I don't know why, but they really like it. So does the dog, but I sure don't like what he does the next day after eating cheese puffs.

Oh, and I made homemade lemon squares last night, and they're frickin' fantastic!!

We've got homemade Guacamole, and a huge tray of Nachos...Chicken fingers, and chili dogs. Plenty of Pepsi and Dr, Pepper.

Sausage balls sound good too...photos please...LOL...I love lemon squares too.

Im a not really a fan of either team, but im liking ZOMBO on GB. What a great name.

Sausage balls. There are several recipes out there. My wife has followed her own "family recipe" for years, but it turns out her mother got it from Bisquick!

Sad to report the queso failed. Just didn't turn out right -- tasted way too processed.

Have to try something different next time -- or just buy the Tostinos queso.

I made chili and cornbread, so far it's the best thing about the Superbowl. Watching one of the worst halftime shows ever.
