AHA! Bell users! I'm not with Bell. But that's terrible to think that they'd charge per usage. I hope other providers to get onto this idea >_<

Yeah lets hope it doesn't spread, I currently pay £35 for a 16MB line, 150GB usage per month. I live near Hull who has it's own telephone exchange, we only have one ISP choice here. On top of the internet we have to pay £30 for the phone and £50 for the satellite tv. My Brother lives out of the area so he gets all 3 services as a bundle for £50 a month!

Yeah, I'm sure we get a bundle thing going too. Sucks you have to pay so much extra for each service.
