    I went to the doctor yesterday. My blood pressure is excllent. My heart is doing okay.
    They took three blood samples (lot of fun) one is for Cholesterol check. Have to go back
    Wednesday afternoon for an ultrasound to see how the leaky valve is doing. The last one
    I had was in the hospital in 2007. Glad I got Medicare now
    I never get MAD, I get EVEN! Pray I only get MAD!

    glad you have insurance too! Just one hospital bill for my appendix was over $42,000!!!... glad I have insurance..LOL

    Way to go Gob, I had some heart trouble years ago from using ephedrine, my heart was functioning at 5 to 10 percent efficiency. Yada Yada Yada, I am all better now. Take care of yourself and eat as good as you can, nobodys perfect, and you will be fine..
    If it Bleeds, IT MUST BE CUT!
