Want to learn Spanish or do you have any doubts? let me teach you then.
Our first lesson will be "Halloween Spanish"
Where Hinges creek in doorless chambers... And where strange and Frightening sounds Echo...through the halls... Whenever candlelights flicker... where the air is DEATHLY STILL... that is the time when GHOSTS are present... Practicing their terror, with GOULISH DELIGHT...

    A few useful tips:

When we mexicans say "gringo" we use it to say "North American" (People living in U.S.A.) Someone told me that Americans think it is an insult, but we don't use it as an insult. Is a shorter way to say the long "Estado unidense" so we usually say "Comida Gringa" (American food) Or "Los gringos festejan el Halloween" (Americans celebrate Halloween) So, we the people from Mexico use it as a short way to speak of Americans, not to insult them.

Now, insults. Pinche= ******* Puta=***** Puto= Despective for "Homosexual" Pendejo= Asshole Verga= Dick/**** Cagada= fucked up Mierda= **** there are many but this are the most commonly used. If you hear any of this before or after the word "gringo" then IT IS AN INSULT! GO AHEAD AND CURSE THEM!

    You can answer:

    JÓDETE!
    Go **** yourself
    Hodehteh (Ho as in Hollywood)

    Véte a la verga
    **** You!
    Vehteh ah lah vehrgah

    Chinga a tu madre!
    Cheengah ah too mahdre
    (Go */*/* your mother)

***A mother is something very respected in Mexico, even for the most horrible criminals, so if you curse a mother, beware of the consecuences of your insults.

Ok. That's all, I hope it's useful. Good bye everyone, see you in tomorrow's lesson, remember, if you've got a specific "Spanish" doubt, feel free to PM me. REMEMBER: Mexican and Spanish Spanish are not identical, they have their differences, just as british english and american english.

    Hasta mañana
    Ahstah magnanah
    See you tomorrow

****Important information I've seen how Americans give great importance to the "5 de mayo" celebration. Let me tell you, it is NOT our independence day, it is not very significant. Our important independence day, and a month in which YOU should visit Mexico for high security on the streets and great culture demonstration, lights, and all that you expect from Mexico is on our independende day which is celebrated the night of SEPTEMBER 15 and the MORNING of SEPTEMBER 16. Yet, the 16 days prior to the Independence day, are days of great cultural demonstrations, celebrations, fireworks and lights, specially in the center and south of the country. If you want to see the PRETTY mexico, the one full of colors, DON'T VISIT NORTHERN MEXICO!!1!!!!!!!!! VISIT CENTRAL MEXICO, OR ITS CAPITAL (MEXICO CITY) OR SOUTHERN MEXICO!!!! NORTHERN MEXICO IS PURE DESERT, DRUG LORDS, MIGRATION PROBLEMS, DRUG WARS, AND LACK OF ANY CULTURE. The cities I highly recomend for turists are:

Guanajuato (Colonial city) Mexico D.F. or Mexico city (Colonial, Prehispanic, XIX century, city) Cancún( Great beach, close to important prehispanic cities and sites) This are the most BEAUTIFUL PLACES ON MEXICO AND EARTH visit this places, and come to mexico BY PLANE not by car.
