    Default Spitit Halloween – 10-12-2010,11:07 AM


    Well, i am very disappointed with Spirit Halloween Online, since last year i have been trying to get the correct costume (Alice Tween Girl's Costume) http://www.spirithalloween.com/produ...girls-costume/ for my daughter, i have placed a total of 4 orders with no luck. They keep sending the incorrect item. They have sent an email to the warehouse manager letting him/her aware. They keep coming back stating that they have the correct item in the correct bin. No they don't. I have had it with Spirit, with there lack of customer service. I am very upset that no one can't help me.

    Ordered costume a month ago have not received it. Getting close to halloween and am getting upset. Have heard nothing. Emailed them today. He has party in a couple of days! Not sure if I will order from them again.

    You should give them a call, should not take this long to receive your item.

    I emailed them yesterday and heard nothing back today. I looked at the status again and now is says in process. So it looks like they probably lost the order. I called them and I was told it is packed and ready to ship. Can't say I will order another costume from them.

    Web site showing a business license name Spirit Halloween Superstores LLC.
    Checking State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety shows no business license for Spirit Halloween.

    Not being licensed within the State doesn't mean the company doesn't not have a business license. In some municipalities being registered within a city or county is sufficient.


    Better Business Bureau gives a failing grade to Spirit Halloween.
    Spirit Halloween is not a member of Better Business Bureau.

    Based on Better Business Bureau report I would avoid Spirit Halloween.
