I've downloaded from Big Scream TV, aka LightForm Productions, in the past. It's cheaper than the DVDs and specifically for the TerrorEyes, saves me a little time when it comes to separating out the different characters for what I'm interested in.

When I tried to download TerrorEyes 2, I had problems. About 20 minutes into both the single and double eyes files, the video and audio would be completely scrambled and unusable. I sent out an e-mail to the company letting them know and asking for advice.

They checked the file on their end to make sure there weren't any problems and suggested I download the files onto another computer to see if they ran better. They seemed to think it was a technology issue where I was convinced it was some kind of downloading problem. If that didn't work, I was offered the DVD for the cost of shipping.

I downloaded the files onto a second computer a few hours later and they worked fine. I let them know exactly what was different with the files, including the addition of a third video of presentation tips that hadn't downloaded the first time.

I received another quick response from the same employee, Mike, who asked me to run the file a few times on the second computer to make sure it was working fine; it was. I also was able to download it onto the first computer without any issues this morning. I'm guessing their was something wrong with the connection on my end that was only downloading part of the compressed file.

I would just like to take this opportunity to praise the customer service from BigScreamTV/LightForm Productions in quickly trying to diagnose and fix my problems. The quality of the videos was never in question. They're wonderful for the right haunt and TerrorEyes 2 is a new, darker direction for the company. Now I know the customer service is just as strong. I'd encourage anyone to do business with the company if you think you can use their products.
