Here is a email I received from Joel Briggs. He is sole owner of GraveYardSkulls. Note Halloween Bob has no vested interest in this company and like myself has no apparent legal contract. Joel came to me and showed interest in my 3 axis mask design. He then spent nearly a year sending me questionable statements after questionable statements in email form. I have sense spoken to other haunters that had ideas he showed interest in and they experienced the exact same thing. I am including not only the email where he claims he is closing GYS, but also the laughable email where he wants to sell me back my own design. This guy is ( removed per admin ) and I warn everyone to stay away from doing any form of business with this man. I am not concerned of being accused of libel. I have every email and text message this man ever sent me, and every single commitment this man made was broken. He still has my original unit.

I have likely over a hundred emails from this ( edited per admin ). And I have proof that he came to me. There is no doubt that he saw my design and felt it was competition. The ( edited per admin) should have known it would not compete with his skulls, but he is so ( edited per admin), he had to ( edited per admin) me regardless. Doc made a comment early on. I wish I had taken it more serioulsy.

wow, he sounds like someone who thinks the world revolves around him. The line "I have no desire to further communicate with you with the exception of an email that you wish to purchase work done to date. " is especially tactless. Who does he think he is? Hes got alot of nerve.

That is exactly what this guy thinks. I went out of my way to accommodate him. Every time I tried to meet him half way on something, he always had something come up. And in every case whatever was important to him came first. My needs or concerns meant nothing to this man. When he was too busy to literally get off an exit from the highway where I was waiting for him, the reality started to come to light.

Something is clearly wrong here. Where are they? Why doesn't GYS come out to defend themselves? Perhaps there really are shinanigans afoot?

Spinman, I hope you get what you are looking for , I saw your design and downloaded pictures BEFORE you removed them, and thought that was a great design. Sorry to hear that you got screwed. I do have 1 question ..... in the e-mail he states he was awarded a Navy contract..........whos Navy? I hope it isn't ours , 'cause we'll be screwed!! Good luck !! And your design is truly awesome!!

It is actually good that you downloaded the pictures. I think a few others did as well. It will help to prove that the design is indeed mine, just in case Joel tries any other fast one's. And yes it is our Navy. My guess is the Navy will likely experience the same things we all have. There will likely be delay's and cost overun's. I would not want to be the poor unsuspecting employee of his either.

With the lies he's told so far, I find it real hard to believe he was awarded any type of government contract. I imagine he is just full of it

this or me being evil here, contacting the hiring peeps for the navy in that division and showing them how bad at business this guy has been. Theres a thread on here with a couple people with complaints about their orders and one guy has waited a year and still no product that he payed for.

First, I apologize for this being posted. I have asked the admin to delete. But in response to the email posting, I made the determination that I will be scaling back GYS and that are to stay only with building animatronics skulls - and nothing more. Now, we have had some growing pains this year and sales could not keep up with demand. Yes, I did in fact make a decision to shut it down, but someone come fourth and said he will run it as long as I can do the backing of $.

We are in the process of revamping the ordering processes, implementing a new ordering a tracking system, and getting rid of paypal. Basically, pledging to get orders out in 10 business days.
