I had recieved demonica and she had two wires cut into.
I emailed spirit and ask if I had to pay to ship her back.I also emailed tekky we have emailed back and forth and they were trying to find the part I needed.
Today I get a call from spirit's guest service seeing if I wanted a new one so of course I did.she told me to keep the old one.I already got the order confirmation.
I am beyond thrilled with both company's.

Sorry to hear about the damaged prop but it was nice to hear that both companies have been good at support.
